Vatican City is Located in Europe and is on the Eurasian Plate placing Vatican City in a Mediterranean climate zone (perfect for the beautiful Vatican gardens). Vatican City does not have much of an ecosystem sense it a particularly really small, but it is filled with gorgeous, well maintained gardens around it's campus. Vatican city is affect by the water cycle (in which they collect rain water and use it for their gardens) and has many beautiful, colorful birds.
Vatican City's climate is about as usual as it gets. They have mainly sunny skies and storms at certain times but the temperature is normally in the 60s and never goes bellow the 30s. This means that the almost never have snow. As for the water cycle, Vatican City is located in Rome which is right by the Mediterranean Sea. Salt water evaporates, condensates, then precipitates over Vatican city then the water "runs-off" into Vatican City's ponds.
